This piece echoes the irregular, layered shape of an oyster’s shell. A part of the Flow State series, the designer contemplated themes of meditation, flow and mindfulness and how those ideas might
manifest in a physical form.

Repetition gives the mind something to focus on, somewhere to pause.
Materials: African mahogany (hardwood), North American white ash (hardwood)
Finishes: Natural oil or “Mero Black” coloured finish on white ash.
Dimensions: W 40 1/2” (121.92 cm) x L 85” (121.92 cm) x H 28 1/2”
